Grand Palladium Medan
Opened in December 2005, Grand Palladium was the first strata-titled mall to be built in Medan, the capital of North Sumatra province. Medan is a growing commercial centre in a mainly agriculture and industry region. The city was transformed from a tobacco plantation village in the 19th century to a major government and commercial centre at present. The Grand Palladium mall is strategically located in the center of Medan within the Medan CBD, which is only 2.5 km from the Polonia International Airport. The mall was built on a 10,640 sqm site with a total built area of 84,850 sqm and a net saleable area of 27,358 sqm.
