WTC Matahari Serpong
In September 2003, Lippo Karawaci opened its first strata-titled mall WTC Matahari Serpong, located in Tangerang, Banten province, approximately 18 km west of Jakarta’s CBD. WTC Matahari has established itself as the major modern shopping destination particularly for middle income residents in the Serpong area. The mall was developed on 35,886 sqm site, with a total built area of 77,612 sqm and a net saleable area of 49,944 sqm.
