Additionally, LPKR regularly conducts refresher sessions on internal policies and procedures to reinforce good corporate governance practices.

Throughout the year, LPKR organizes a range of training and capacity-building programs to enhance the functional and technical capabilities of its employees. These programs are delivered both in-house and through partnerships with external training providers, offering broader industry insights to employees.

The company also leverages digital platforms to deliver customized learning modules that support the development of specific competencies for each employee.

In the real estate sector, training programs focus on occupational health and safety, compliance with standards, and the delivery of high-quality products. Soft skills development is facilitated through digital platforms. In the healthcare sector, training includes patient care and clinical expertise, with updated materials to reflect the latest developments in the healthcare industry. Meanwhile, in the lifestyle sector, training emphasizes customer service excellence, building management, and operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.

In 2023 alone, all employees completed a total of 702,071 training hours, averaging 41 hours per employee across business segments. The total training investment reached IDR 6.93 billion. Healthcare employees received an average of 47 training hours, higher than their counterparts in real estate and lifestyle sectors, reflecting the need for intensive training in medical procedures, service excellence, and safety protocols.

Additionally, in 2023, employees undertook 1,156 hours of training focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics and external engagement. The company also conducted over 900 hours of internal ESG-related training, and is committed to increasing this figure to 1,600 hours annually by 2030.
