Her professional career began in March 2009 as an HR Staff at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera, until December 2009. In January 2010, she continued her career as a People & Organization Development Staff at PT Nusa Indah Kalimantan Plantation (IMC Indonesia) until January 2012. Next, Denise joined PT ORIX Indonesia Finance as a Senior HRD Staff until February 2013. In February 2013, she was entrusted with the position of Talent Management & Staffing Assistant Manager at PT Great Giant Pineapple and held that role until July 2016. Then, from July 2018 to September 2021, she served as the Head of Human Capital Development Department at Mandiri Investasi. Since September 2021, Denise has joined Ralali.com, a B2B Marketplace company as the Head of People & Culture, and since October 2022 serving as part of the CEO Office until May 2023. In June 2023, Denise founded a consulting company called Eclectic People Consulting, which is still operational to this day.
