Recognizing the critical role of employees, LPKR continues to cultivate a healthy, fair, and supportive work environment that fosters individual potential and professional growth. The Company prioritizes employee well-being, safety, and career development to ensure that every individual thrives—not only as part of the organization, but also as a high-performing professional.

As part of its efforts to build a talent-driven organization, LPKR has adopted a personalized, continuous learning approach through digital learning platforms. Training modules cover both technical and non-technical competencies, with content tailored to individual needs using continuously updated data analytics.

Mandatory annual training remains a key priority. All employees participate in training on the Company’s Code of Conduct, internal policies, corporate governance principles, whistleblowing systems, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All programs are delivered in a practical and accessible format through the Company’s digital learning system. At the end of each training session, participants are required to formally acknowledge their understanding and compliance with all corporate guidelines and policies.

John Riady, Group CEO of Lippo Indonesia, emphasized the importance of active learning methods. The Company integrates digital learning with interactive approaches such as workshops, group discussions, and role-playing simulations. This blended method enables employees not only to understand key concepts, but also to apply them directly within real business contexts.

John further noted that this approach is implemented across a range of strategic initiatives, including the Leadership Development Program, Project Management Learning Program, Safety Response Program, and Continuous Improvement Program. Collectively, these initiatives are designed to foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all LPKR business lines.
