Jakarta, July 21, 2025 — PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), a leading real estate and healthcare services platform in Indonesia, recorded solid presales performance in the first quarter of 2025, achieving IDR 1.26 trillion, equivalent to 20% of its full-year target of IDR 6.25 trillion.

This achievement underscores the resilience of LPKR’s business fundamentals and the strong market demand for the Company’s diverse range of flagship products, despite ongoing uncertainties in the global economic environment.

Group CEO of Lippo Indonesia, John Riady, stated that the Company remains optimistic about achieving its full-year targets, supported by a robust and diversified product portfolio that combines innovation with a deep understanding of evolving market needs.

“Our product strategy reflects not only creativity, but also a comprehensive understanding of consumer preferences across multiple segments. This is evident in the significant contribution of projects such as Cendana Suites, Q Livin, Blackslate Homes, and The Hive Series to our presales performance in the early part of the year,” said John.

In addition to these flagship developments, LPKR also recorded consistent sales growth across several strategic townships, including Park Serpong, Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis, and Tanjung Bunga Makassar.

Looking ahead, LPKR remains optimistic about the outlook for the domestic property market. The Company is committed to maintaining close monitoring of economic developments and implementing proactive risk management measures to sustain performance through the remainder of the year.

“With a strong early-year performance, supported by product innovation, customer confidence, and adaptive management, we are confident in our ability to maintain positive growth momentum throughout 2025,” John added.

An innovation-driven strategy with a strong customer-centric focus continues to serve as the cornerstone of LPKR’s approach in navigating an increasingly complex property landscape, while further strengthening its position as a key player in the national market.
