Lippo Karawaci Shareholders Agreeing to The Entire Agenda of The AGMS

Jakarta, 1 July 2021 - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (“LPKR”) has held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 29, 2021 in Jakarta, where the Shareholders of the Company received the Report of the Board of Directors and the Report of the Board of Commissioners regarding the management and supervision of the Company's management for the year ended December 31, 2020 The Shareholders also approved the Company's Annual Report and ratified the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.

In connection with the end of the term of office of all members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company for the period 2019-2021, in accordance with the resolutions of the AGMS, the Company has obtained approval from the Shareholders to end the terms of office of all members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners and reappoint all members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company for the period of 2021-2023, including the appointment of 2 (two) new members of the Board of Directors, namely Mr. Dion Leswara and Mr. M. Arif Widjaksono, as part of the organizational transformation to strengthen the management team of Lippo Karawaci.

Accordingly, the composition of the new members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company for the period 2021–2023 is as follows:

In addition, the Shareholders also approved a number of resolutions from the AGMS, including approving the Amendment to the Company's Articles of Association in order to comply with the applicable Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields (KBLI), POJK No. 15/2020 and other changes as required; approved the appointment of the Public Accounting Firm of Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan for the audit assignment of the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2021, and approved the determination of remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company for 2021.

With the current management team, we are optimistic that we can build LPKR to become the largest and the most profitable real estate company in Indonesia, while serving the Indonesian people.”

In the first quarter of 2021, LPKR posted a revenue growth of 9.9% to Rp3.41 trillion, EBITDA grew 31% to Rp924 billion and net profit increased to Rp256 billion.
