LippoLand Appoints NKE for URBN X Project, Topping-Off Scheduled for Year-End

LippoLand has officially appointed PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (NKE) as the main contractor for the construction of its latest high-rise project, URBN X.

The partnership was formalized through a signing ceremony between Chief Marketing Officer Jopy Rusli, representing LippoLand’s management, and NKE President Director Joko Prabowo. The event was held at the URBN X-Perience Center, Citywalk Elvee, Lippo Village, on Friday, May 13, 2025.

URBN X is a 20-story high-rise residential project located in the strategic Central Business District of Lippo Village Sentral. Designed as a modern urban living space, it features unique two-level units, contemporary facilities, and Lippo Village’s first-ever rooftop sky cinema. From the rooftop, residents can enjoy a panoramic 360-degree view of the city skyline and lush golf course.

The development also offers a wide range of premium amenities, including URBN Park, the X-Vres’O vending machine, X-Work co-working space, X-Rcise indoor gym, an infinity pool, and a barbecue area.

Catering to the needs of the modern urban generation, URBN X offers seamless access to key destinations such as Siloam Hospitals, Pelita Harapan University, Supermal Karawaci, and the Jakarta-Merak Toll Road. In the future, the development is also set to be directly connected to an MRT station.

URBN X will be available in four unit types—Standard, Corner, X-tra, and Sky—starting at Rp366 million. The project is expected to reach its topping-off milestone in December 2025, with handover to residents scheduled for July 2026.
