LIPPO’S NEWEST PROJECTS IN Q2/2022 – “CENDANA MARQ, CENDANA NEST, CENDANA CLOV’R” – SOLD OUT IN 3 HOURS, CONTRIBUTING TO LPKR’S 2022 PRE-SALES TARGET OF IDR 5.2 TRILLION

Jakarta, April 26, 2022 — In line with the strong underlying demand forecast for the property sector this year, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR) continues its upward sales trajectory into 2022, building on the positive momentum seen in 2021. In the second quarter of 2022, LPKR successfully launched three new projects under the Cendana Homes Series: Cendana Marq, Cendana Nest, and Cendana Clov’r, as part of its strategy to achieve its 2022 pre-sales target of IDR 5.2 trillion.

During the Priority Unit Selection event held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, LPKR once again replicated the success of its previous Cendana Homes Series projects. A total of 272 modern two-story landed homes were completely sold out in just 3 hours.
