LPKR Marketing Sales Reached IDR 1.5tn in 1Q24

Jakarta, 29 April 2024 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform, announced its 1Q24 marketing sales of IDR 1.5tn in 1Q24. This achievement is equivalent to 28% of this year's marketing sales target of IDR 5.37tn. 

Landed residentials continued to dominate the marketing sales in 1Q24, due to the successful launch of Park Serpong and the introduction of Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis, a new concept in Cikarang anchored by the XYZ Livin product series.

In addition, over 55% of 1Q24 marketing sales were derived from various landed housing projects targeting first-home owners, namely Cendana Homes, XYZ Livin, and Waterfront Uptown.

Most of LPKR’s projects are located in the Western area of Greater Jakarta, comprising landed and mid-rise residentials, shophouses, and high-rise residential inventory. Landed residentials developed by LPKR, such as XYZ Livin and Cendana series in Park Serpong, contributed IDR 543bn to 1Q24 marketing sales.

In terms of payment profile, 78% of total marketing sales were financed through mortgages. LPKR sees strong demand in affordable housing, supported by high mortgage utilization, which implies high end-users.

Group CEO LPKR John Riady said, “LPKR continues to strengthen our foothold in the market segment for first-home owners by releasing more units in Park Serpong and in Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis. Having achieved 28% of our FY24 marketing sales target in 1Q24, we are on track to meeting our full-year target by maintaining our current sales momentum through our planned pipeline of launches in the upcoming quarters.”
