LPKR Reports Consistent Year-On-Year Growth In Pre-Sales
Jakarta, 11 March 2025 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform, continues to record strong year-on-year growth in pre-sales performance. In 2023, LPKR achieved pre-sales of IDR 5.12 trillion, surpassing its target of IDR 4.9 trillion, or 5% above the initial projection.
This achievement reflects robust demand for affordable landed homes and commercial products. The strong performance was also supported by the launch of Park Serpong, a new integrated township in Tangerang, in the fourth quarter of 2023, which recorded high take-up rates, including for the XYZ Livin series.
In 2024, LPKR posted pre-sales of IDR 6.01 trillion, representing a 17% increase from the previous year. This performance exceeded the Company’s annual target, reaching 112% of the goal. Residential property products remained the main growth driver, contributing 64% of total pre-sales in 2024.
The Company’s performance was further strengthened by sustained demand for landed homes launched in previous years, such as Cendana Homes, XYZ Livin, and Waterfront Uptown. Additionally, new launches—including the Zen series, Cendana Suites, and Blackslate series at Park Serpong, as well as XQ Livin at Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis—made significant contributions to the overall results.
LPKR also commenced the first handover phase of the Park Serpong project in November 2024, reaffirming the Company’s commitment to timely project delivery, completing the phase ahead of schedule in less than 18 months.
For 2025, LPKR is targeting pre-sales of IDR 6.25 trillion, representing projected growth of 16% compared to last year’s target. This growth will be primarily supported by the development of new residential and commercial projects in Lippo Karawaci (Tangerang), Lippo Cikarang (Bekasi), and other areas within the Company’s landbank portfolio.
John Riady, Group CEO of Lippo, stated that the Company remains committed to expanding its portfolio and fostering innovation, particularly for first-time homebuyers, through the launch of new affordable housing products in Park Serpong and Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis.
