(LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform, and PT Exelly Elektrik Indonesia (Voltron), a top electric vehicle charging network provider in the country, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the provision of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS/SPKLU) at selected LPKR-developed and managed properties.

The MoU signing took place at Hotel Aryaduta Menteng, Central Jakarta, and was formalized by [President Director of LPKR, Mr. Ketut Budi Wijaya and] Chief Executive Officer of LPKR Real Estate Division, David Iman Santosa, and Voltron Director Abdul Rahman Elly.

As part of the collaboration, Voltron has installed and begun operating EV charging stations at several LPKR-developed and managed properties, including the Lippo Karawaci Township and Integrated Development and its subsidiaries: Fairview and Hillcrest Apartments in Lippo Village, St. Moritz Apartments in West Jakarta, and Nine Residence in Kemang.

The MoU also enables both parties to jointly assess the placement and operation of AC and DC EV charging units across a broader range of LPKR commercial and residential properties. Future installations will integrate with F&B strips and contribute to the expansion of LPKR’s Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem.

LPKR President Director Ketut Budi Wijaya emphasized that the provision of EVCS at LPKR properties is both a strategic and integral part of LPKR’s support for the Indonesian Government’s Battery Electric Vehicle Acceleration Program. This initiative aligns with national efforts to build a comprehensive EV ecosystem, enhance energy efficiency, and promote clean, environmentally friendly energy in the transport sector.

Through the Group’s broader ESG framework, “Lippo Untuk Indonesia PASTI” (PASTI: Smart–Green–Prosperous–Resilient–Independent), LPKR is committed to fostering long-term partnerships with stakeholders to advance Indonesia’s sustainability agenda and the relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

“This collaboration with Voltron is a concrete implementation of LPKR’s ESG commitment to decarbonization and sustainable living, particularly under the ‘Green (Asri)’ pillar of our ‘Lippo Untuk Indonesia PASTI’ program, which focuses on clean air and the use of renewable energy,” said David Iman Santosa.
