LPKR Successfully Launches URBN X Homes Phase One, Further Phases in the Pipeline

Jakarta, 1 September 2023 - The launch of URBN X by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR) received an overwhelming response from the market, with all units sold out shortly after their initial offering. Located in the prime district of the Lippo Village township in Tangerang, URBN X combines modern design, sustainable living, and space-optimized layouts—qualities that resonated strongly with urban homebuyers.

In response to continued strong demand, LPKR is preparing to release additional URBN X units in the near future. These new offerings will maintain the same commitment to efficient space utilization and a lifestyle concept that integrates functionality with a forward-thinking, urban living experience.
