LPKR Targets 1 Million Beneficiaries from Social Programs by 2030

Jakarta, 19 May 2025 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading integrated real estate and healthcare platform, continues to solidify its commitment to fostering a culture of volunteerism that delivers tangible and lasting impact on communities across its operational areas.

For LPKR, community support is not merely a philanthropic act but a strategic approach to building and strengthening long-term relationships with its stakeholders.

Throughout 2024, LPKR actively encouraged employee participation in meaningful volunteer activities while exploring innovative approaches to community engagement. All initiatives were implemented through the Lippo untuk Indonesia PASTI program, an acronym for Pintar (Smart), Asri (Green), Sejahtera (Prosperous), Tangguh (Resilient), and Independen (Independent), which aligns with Indonesia’s national sustainable development agenda and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

During this period, LPKR carried out 1,049 community empowerment programs across its business units, with a total investment of over IDR 40 billion, positively impacting 122,842 individuals in 43 cities throughout Indonesia.

As part of its 2030 sustainability agenda, LPKR has set an ambitious goal to support at least 5,000 community programs and reach 1 million beneficiaries through the Lippo untuk Indonesia PASTI initiative by 2030.
