Jakarta, November 3, 2025 — PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), a leading real estate and healthcare services platform in Indonesia, is committed to building a talent-oriented organization by supporting the personal growth of every employee through continuous training and development. Through this approach, LPKR ensures that each individual is equipped with the relevant skills and knowledge needed to excel in their respective roles.

By leveraging digital platforms, the Company delivers personalized training modules—covering both technical and non-technical competencies—tailored to individual employee needs. All mandatory annual training programs—including the Code of Ethics, corporate governance, whistleblowing mechanisms, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)—are now conducted through an accessible online learning platform. At the conclusion of each program, participants are required to confirm their understanding of all Company policies.

As part of its high-performance organizational culture, LPKR also implements a fair and feedback-driven performance evaluation system. Through its performance management system, supervisors are encouraged to provide ongoing assessments and coaching to their teams. This approach has proven effective in strengthening employee engagement and supporting sustainable career growth.

In 2024, LPKR further enhanced individual development by rolling out Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across all organizational levels. This program is designed to bridge competency gaps across various functions while strengthening both technical and non-technical skills. All permanent employees (100%) received regular performance reviews and career development planning.

To prepare future leaders, the Company also operates a Management Development Program (MDP) for young talents. The program focuses on leadership development aligned with organizational needs and individual potential. Through initiatives such as the LippoLand Leader’s Workshop and the Lippo Leadership Offsite Meeting, the Company fosters strong connections between management and employees while strengthening cross-level collaboration.

Throughout 2024, employees recorded a total of 48,089 training hours, averaging 16 hours per employee across all business segments, with a strong emphasis on delivering relevant and practical learning outcomes.

LPKR applies a comprehensive learning approach that combines digital modules with interactive workshops, role-playing sessions, and group discussions. Programs such as Leadership Development, Safety Response Training, and the Continuous Improvement Program ensure that participants not only understand theoretical concepts but are also able to apply them in real business contexts.

As part of the Group’s sustainability journey, the Company continues to expand its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) training curriculum across all business units. In 2024, LPKR conducted various training programs on climate risk, decarbonization, ISSB disclosure, and Scope 3 emissions, totaling 835 ESG training hours. The Company targets an average of 15 training hours per employee per year, supported by a training budget of IDR 373 million, as a demonstration of its commitment to the 2030 Sustainability Agenda.
