During the first nine months of 2025, LPKR recorded a net profit after tax of IDR 368 billion, revenue of IDR 6.51 trillion, and EBITDA of IDR 997 billion. The company maintained a solid liquidity position of IDR 2.2 trillion, reflecting sound financial management.

As of the third quarter of 2025, the real estate segment recorded pre sales of IDR 4.02 trillion, representing 64 percent of the full year target. This performance was driven by strong demand for both affordable and premium landed homes, which accounted for 70 percent of total pre sales.

Key projects such as Park Serpong phases 4 and 5 and Metropolis Marq Estate in Tangerang played a significant role in this achievement.

Real estate segment revenue increased by 74 percent year on year to IDR 5.5 trillion, supported by timely unit handovers, while EBITDA reached IDR 843 billion through operational efficiency and effective project execution.

LPKR’s lifestyle business also demonstrated stable recovery, recording revenue of IDR 994 billion, with gross profit rising 8 percent to IDR 758 billion and EBITDA increasing 21 percent to IDR 335 billion.

This growth was supported by improved mall tenant occupancy, cost optimization, and recovery in hospitality performance.
