In the real estate segment, marketing sales reached IDR 3.70 trillion, representing 62% of the Company's full-year target, driven by sustained demand for affordable and mid-market landed housing across multiple regions. Landed homes accounted for 79% of total marketing sales, reflecting strong demand from first-time homebuyers and end-users.

This strong performance was further supported by the launch of Park Serpong Phases 7 & 8 in 1H26. This new project has successfully captured demand from both the mass-market and mid-market segments, further strengthening LPKR's position as one of Indonesia's leading landed housing developers.

Within Lippo Karawaci (Holdco), residential sales contributed IDR 2.22 trillion, followed by commercial unit sales of IDR 464 billion, Land plot sales of IDR 30 billion, and cemetery plot sales at San Diego Hills totaling IDR 65 billion.

Sales momentum was further reinforced by the launch of new products at Park Serpong Phases 7 & 8, including Goldtops, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Urban, and Treetops. These products were offered at affordable price points and received a positive market response, particularly from the affordable housing segment.

During 1H26, 72% of total sales were financed through mortgage facilities, underscoring strong end-user demand and reaffirming the success of LPKR's strategy in addressing Indonesia's affordable housing needs.

The lifestyle segment generated revenue of IDR 605 billion in 1H26, with gross profit of IDR 490 billion, while EBITDA increased 11% to IDR 236 billion. The segment reported NPAT of IDR 131 billion, an increase from IDR 111 billion in 1H25.

John Riady, CEO of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk said, "We are pleased with the continued momentum in our real estate business, with marketing sales reaching IDR 3.70 trillion, equivalent to 62% of our full-year target. Demand remained dominated by landed housing, particularly affordable and mid-market products, which continue to be the core of our strategy.
