SOLD OUT! 460 CENDANA PARC LIPPO KARAWACI HOMES SOLD IN JUST 5 HOURS

Jakarta, June 7, 2021 – Landed homes have proven to be the most resilient property sector amid the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the “Jakarta Property Market Update” report by international property consultancy JLL Indonesia, released earlier this year using the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area as a research benchmark, there has been a clear upward trend in demand for landed housing.

Yunus Karim, Head of Research at JLL Indonesia, stated, “Landed homes with two to three bedrooms are the most sought-after types. We observed that approximately 35,000 new landed house units are expected to enter the market in 2021.”

In line with this trend, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR) has successfully captured the market opportunity during the pandemic by repeating its sold-out success story. A total of 460 units of Cendana Parc landed homes were sold out in just five hours, with an average price of around IDR 900 million per unit. The project was oversubscribed by more than twice the available units.

Located in the heart of Lippo Village, these two-storey homes with two- and three-bedroom options were offered starting from approximately IDR 650 million. The public response to the Cendana Parc unit selection event, held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Maxx Box Lippo Village, was overwhelming. The event was conducted under strict health protocols and monitored by the Tangerang Regency Covid-19 Task Force.
