Tangerang Emerges as a Prime Property Destination, LPKR Ready to Deliver Quality Residential Developments

08/09/25

Jakarta, September 8, 2025 — Tangerang continues to solidify its position as one of Indonesia’s most sought-after residential destinations. According to the Rumah123 Flash Report, the city ranked as the most popular location for three consecutive months—June, July, and August 2025.

The report highlighted Tangerang’s consistently strong demand contribution, accounting for 15.6% in June, increasing to 16.8% in July, and remaining solid at 15.7% in August of total nationwide home searches.

In response to this positive trend, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), a leading real estate and healthcare services platform in Indonesia, continues to strengthen its presence by introducing new residential and commercial products in the Park Serpong area, Tangerang.

Despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges and fluctuating consumer purchasing power, LPKR recorded presales of IDR 2.47 trillion during the first half of 2025, equivalent to 40% of the Company’s full-year target.

This performance was also supported by sustained demand for both affordable and premium landed homes across various regions, including Park Serpong, which contributed 67% of total presales. This reflects strong interest from both first-time homebuyers and end-users.

In addition, the achievement was bolstered by the launch of Park Serpong Phase 4 and the introduction of new premium products, namely Belmont Homes and Bentley Homes.

Group CEO of Lippo Indonesia, John Riady, stated that presales results and financial performance for the first half of 2025 were supported by the timely handover of various products across multiple locations. He also added that the Company’s affordable housing strategy, complemented by offerings in the premium segment, has driven strong presales performance.

With solid achievements in the first half of the year, LPKR’s management remains optimistic about sustaining its growth momentum. The Company continues to focus on delivering quality, affordable, and market-relevant housing that meets the needs of modern communities.
