TARGETING FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS, LPKR LAUNCHES CENDANA BOTANIC
Jakarta, October 11, 2022 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform by total assets and revenue, continues to innovate by creating high-quality housing products aimed at first-time homebuyers.
In early October 2022, LPKR launched Cendana Botanic, a premium landed housing project located in a strategic area of Lippo Village South, Tangerang. The development features three house types:
Botanic Villa (Land area: 60 sqm, Building area: 55 sqm)
Botanic Residence (Land area: 74.25 sqm, Building area: 68 sqm)

The launch of Cendana Botanic is part of LPKR’s broader strategy to achieve its 2022 pre-sales target of IDR 5.2 trillion. In the first half of 2022 alone, LPKR successfully recorded pre-sales of IDR 2.48 trillion, a 7% increase year-on-year compared to the same period in the previous year.
LPKR CEO John Riady stated that to meet the 2022 pre-sales target, LPKR’s management has implemented several strategies, including:
Launching additional residential products for first-time homebuyers
Expanding its premium housing and shophouse offerings
Introducing mid-rise apartments to broaden market penetration
Boosting demand for ready-to-occupy high-rise units
“We reaffirm our pre-sales target of IDR 5.2 trillion this year and remain fully committed to delivering quality housing that meets the strong demand from first-time homebuyers, even as we diversify our product offerings and pricing structures,” John emphasized.
