Jakarta, October 26, 2022 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform by total assets and revenue, introduces its latest premium housing product under the Cendana Homes Series: Cendana Essence. This offering, aimed at first-time homebuyers, supports LPKR’s strategy to achieve its 2022 pre-sales target of IDR 5.2 trillion.

Strategically located within Lippo Village West, Cendana Essence sits closest to the Central Business District (CBD) of Lippo Karawaci.
