We own and operate 41 hospitals, including 15 in Greater Jakarta and 26 across other regions of Indonesia, with an operating capacity of over 4,000 beds. To improve healthcare accessibility, 29 of our hospitals serve BPJS patients under the national health insurance program. Siloam is the first Indonesian healthcare provider to achieve Joint Commission International (JCI) and Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) accreditation, a testament to our commitment to delivering international healthcare standards.

We operate 75 clinics across Indonesia, delivering primary care and essential medical services closer to home. These include 26 standalone clinics, 42 in-house clinics with corporate partners, and 7 community clinics in Papua. 

We have established Centres of Excellence (CoE) to elevate the standard of care in key medical specialties, responding to region-specific health challenges across Indonesia. Our Centers of Excellence include Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, and Urology. We are also a leader in other medical specialties such as Emergency, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pulmonology, and Fertility. Siloam’s continuous focus and investment in clinical programs has allowed Siloam to be a market leader.

We are redefining the patient experience through innovative digital solutions. The MySiloam app empowers patients to conveniently access their medical records, book appointments, and explore a wide range of health service from routine checks like blood sugar and cholesterol to advanced diagnostics in pathology, oncology, and radiology. We also harness the power of AI technology to enhance every aspect of care. From accelerating diagnoses and streamlining documentation to optimizing inventory and resource management, AI helps us deliver faster, more accurate, and more efficient healthcare.
