Jakarta, 23 October 2023 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform, recorded marketing sales results of IDR 3.36tn in Q3/2023. This achievement met 68,5% of the FY23 marketing sales target of IDR 4.9tn.
Landed housing sales accounted for 49% of total marketing sales in Q3/2023 and was driven by Cendana Homes series. In the same period, LPKR successfully introduced 5 new products including 2 landed housing products and 3 commercial shophouse products.
Based on location, Lippo Village contributed IDR 1.41tn, followed by land sales of IDR 397bn and sales in San Diego Hills of IDR 246bn. Meanwhile, residential sales in Lippo Cikarang reached IDR 514bn, followed by industrial sales of IDR 252bn, and commercial sales of IDR 175bn.
In Q4/2023, LPKR will introduce new products which are expected to drive this year’s marketing sales target.
