Affordable Housing
Indonesia faces a housing backlog of over 12 million homes – to close this gap, at least 1.5 million homes must be built each year to meet the growing demand.
Since 2020, we have made the strategic decision to focus on developing housing products which cater to the needs of first-home owners, especially millennials. We are committed to pricing our housing products affordably, with over 90% of our residential sales priced under Rp 2 billion, and around 50% priced under Rp 1 billion.
By offering thoughtfully designed, affordable living spaces, we aim to help young buyers take their first step toward homeownership and long-term investment. Our flagship products such as Cendana Homes, XYZ Livin, and Q Livin have been at the forefront of this growing momentum.

Accessible Healthcare
We are dedicated to delivering healthcare services in regions across Indonesia and focusing on areas where quality healthcare may face accessibility challenges. Our commitment extends to establishing a healthcare network that covers over 60% of Indonesia’s provinces. Affordability and accessibility remain a priority, with more than 40% of our hospital portfolio situated outside of Java.
We also serve the public through the Indonesian government’s health insurance scheme (BPJS). Siloam has been expanding its network of BPJS-licensed hospitals to make its services available to more patients who are unable to fully pay out of pocket or are not covered by private insurance. More than half of our 41 hospitals, treat BPJS patients, with around 2 million BPJS patients treated each year. Siloam also operates community clinics nationwide, of which are either licensed to cater to BPJS patients or offer healthcare services free of charge.

Community Engagement
We strive to foster a culture of volunteering with the objective of creating meaningful and lasting social impact in the communities where we operate. For us, community support extends beyond corporate social responsibility - it is about building and strengthening genuine relationships with our stakeholders.
Under our flagship program “Lippo untuk Indonesia PASTI”, we seek to 1) provide access to quality education (Pintar); 2) reduce our ecological footprint and raise environmental awareness (Asri); 3) support philanthropic causes and community events (Sejahtera); 4) improve community health and well-being (Tangguh); and 5) empower MSMEs and local economies (Independen). “PASTI” embodies the firm and bold spirit that drives our holistic advancement of Indonesia’s sustainability agenda.
As part of our 2030 Sustainability Agenda, we aim to reach a cumulative total of 5,000 community activities and positively impact 1 million beneficiaries through “PASTI” by 2030.
