Jakarta, 31 July 2024 – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform, announced its 1H24 marketing sales results of IDR 3.14tn, equivalent to 58% of this year’s target. This achievement reflects a 27% increase compared to 1H23.
Landed residentials continue to dominate overall marketing sales in 1H24, accounting for 66%. This is driven by ongoing sales of affordable landed houses from previous launches, such as Cendana Homes, XYZ Livin, and Waterfront Uptown, as well as the new launch of Zen series in Park Serpong and XQ Livin in Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis.
Lippo Karawaci achieved IDR 2.4tn of 1H24 marketing sales, or 61% of FY24 target. The achievement was mainly driven by residential sales – IDR 1.6tn, followed by a land plot sales of IDR 425bn and commercial sales of IDR 163bn. The cemetery plot sales in San Diego Hills also contributed IDR 115bn to Lippo Karawaci’s marketing sales.
LPKR’s subsidiary PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK), achieved IDR 741bn of 1H24 marketing sales, led by residential products (71%), followed by commercial (20%) and industrial products (9%). The in-demand products in the landed housing category were XYZ Livin and Cendana Spark North.
John Riady, the Group CEO of LPKR said that LPKR continues to innovate and expand our product offerings for first-home owners, with the release of new affordable housing products in Park Serpong and Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis.
He added that by having achieved 58% of our FY24 marketing sales target in 1H24, LPKR is optimistic to achieve its full-year target by maintaining the current sales momentum in the second half of 2024.
