LPKR Recorded 2023 Marketing Sales of IDR5.12tn 7% Higher YoY and 5% Above the 2023 Target

Jakarta, 6 February 2024 - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), Indonesia’s leading real estate and healthcare platform, recorded marketing sales of IDR5.12tn in 2023, 7% higher Year-on-Year (YoY) and 5% above the 2023 target of IDR4.9tn.

This achievement is contributed by the successful launch of a new township, Park Serpong, located south of Lippo Village, Tangerang in 4Q23, with a high amount of purchases, including the XYZ Livin series. Apart from that, several new landed house product launches also support the company’s marketing sales performance throughout 2023. Landed houses remain as the main contributor to the company’s marketing results with a contribution of 55%.

In addition, sales of commercial shophouses improved by more than 2x in 2023 contributing 14% of total marketing sales. This growth was driven by the launch of 7 new shophouses in Lippo Village and Lippo Cikarang.

Going into 2024, the Company will continue to innovate and introduce new products at different price points to attract new pockets of demand across various buyers’ segments. This year, LPKR has set a marketing sales target of IDR5.375tn, 10% above the 2023 target. The achievement of this target will be driven by new residential and commercial products in Lippo Village and Lippo Cikarang, as well as in other areas.
